‣ General

‣ I reserve the right to reject projects for any reason. This may be due to unavailability or inability to meet conditions.
‣ I retain rights to the artwork. I will ask the client's permission before uploading the piece to social media and/or my portfolio - the client will be credited accordingly.
‣ Base prices may vary based on the complexity of the project.
‣ AI training, NFT usage etc. is strictly prohibited.

‣ Process

‣ You will receive thumbnails of sketches to choose from.
‣ Upon approval, payment is expected.
‣ Once the payment has been received, you will receive updates of the:
ㅤ↬ Linework
ㅤ↬ Colouring/Rendering
‣ You must approve each stage within a period of 3 days. If these conditions are not met, the commission will be cancelled.

‣ Payment

‣ If the total is less than £100, upfront payment is expected.
‣ Payments will be made via PayPal Invoice.
‣ Payments must be completed within a 3 day period once the sketch has been approved.
‣ If no payment has been received after 3 days, the commission will be cancelled.
‣ Prices are negotiable.

‣ Revisions

‣ Revisions such as effects, proportions and small details have no extra charge.
‣ Big revisions can be made up to 2 times free of charge within each stage. After that, a fee of £10 is added with each big revision.

‣ Deadlines & Delivery

‣ For tight deadlines with a 1-5 day window, a rush fee of £50 will be charged.
‣ The default will be 72dpi in JPEG, and PNG format with a watermark.
‣ If you paid for commercial merchandising, you will receive the piece in 300dpi, JPEG and PNG format alongside a non-watermarked version.
‣ Final pieces will also be sent via Gmail and/or Google Drive link. It's recommended you save a copy to your device(s).
‣ Upon uploading the art on social media, you are required to post the low resolution, watermarked version.

‣ Use

‣ Works are for personal use only, unless you pay for monetised/commercial use.
‣ All pieces must be credited accordingly, whether it be for commercial or personal use.‣ Personal use grants you permission to use the art as such (with credit):

ㅤ↬ Profile banner
ㅤ↬ Social media promotion
‣ You are strictly prohibited from selling and/or generating profit from the work. If caught, I will request you pay the monetisation/commercial fee.

‣ Intellectual Property Rights

‣ When commissioning a piece intended for commercial use, there will be additional charges depending on the usage.ㅤ‣ Monetised content: a +50% charge increase will be issued if you intend to create CD covers, song cover illustrations and promotional artwork with the intention of generating profit.
ㅤ‣ Commercial use: +100% charge increase will be issued if you intend to reproduce and sell the art. This includes prints, merchandise etc.‣ If you're using my illustration for an album cover, song or cover, you are allowed to use the unwatermarked files in videos, promotional tweets etc.
‣ Proper credit should be given. This should be done using either a link direct to my Twitter or crediting 'junoracle' in descriptions, posts etc.

‣ Refunds

‣ Commissions can be cancelled and partially refunded depending on the progress made.
‣ A partial refund can be issued if I or the customer cancel the commission during the sketch stage.
‣ Once the commission has passed the sketch phase, no refund can be issued.

‣ Privacy Policy

‣ Any personal information that is collected will remain strictly confidential.
